We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We check your pool equipment.

We vacuum your pool.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

Your Responsibilities

Keep the pool equipment active and operating and approve repairs when needed.

Report any observations of swimming pool issues.

Maintain proper water level.

Notes

There could be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

Monthly service fee is based on a 4 week month.

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Regular filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are imperative for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
